Tell us the forms
Contact, quote, booking, sign-up: send the page links and where each form's entries should end up.
A real test entry, sent and checked on schedule
Website forms fail quietly. A plugin update, a changed inbox or a spam filter, and leads vanish while the form still says thank you. We send a real, clearly marked test entry through each form on schedule and check it lands. If it does not, you hear the same day.
No card today. A person reads every request and replies by email.
How it works
01
Contact, quote, booking, sign-up: send the page links and where each form's entries should end up.
02
On schedule we fill each form like a visitor, with an entry clearly marked as a test, then check it arrived where it should.
03
If a test does not arrive, you get an email (and a text on Siren and Alarm) with what failed and when it last worked.

Before you send
Each one is clearly marked as a test in the name and message, so you can filter them into a folder. Daily tests on two forms add two emails a day.
No. We use the form the way a visitor does, from the public page. We only need to know where entries should arrive so we can confirm them.
Tell us in the request. Some CAPTCHAs block every automated test, and we will tell you honestly which forms we can and cannot test.
It can. Most people add a rule that files entries named as tests separately; we help you set that up.
