About
Why FormAlarm exists
Every website MADITECH runs has a lead form, and we learned the hard way that a form can say thank you while sending nothing anywhere.
FormAlarm is the check we run on our own forms: a real entry, sent on schedule, confirmed on arrival. Now anyone can have it.
Who runs it
FormAlarm is built and run by Lucky Ranasinghe at MADITECH, a small studio in Washington State that builds AI-assisted products. A person reads every request. Write to [email protected] with anything.
